WELCOME TO STUDIO DE ALEXANDRIS

Studio De Alexandris was set up in 1985 in Monza, next to the Historical Tower of Teodolinda, a well-known Medieval building of the XIII Century situated behind the Cathedral of the City. Nowadays, the Studio has its 250 squared metres head-office on the second floor of one of the most prestigious historical building dates back to the beginning of the last century, based in central Monza at via Manzoni 37.

Our Activities

The activity of the Studio is also performed at offices situated in the center of Milan and at other connected and associated Offices.


Our professional activities concern business consultancy as well as legal and fiscal advice, analysis of Balances and auditing , contracts, mergers and acquisitions, tax litigation.


The Consultancy is offered by Chartered Accountants and Lawyers, and through a team of qualified collaborators with a long experience in tax, business and legal matters.


Our clients are mostly medium-sized Enterprises, Companies and Service Companies especially operating in the North of Italy.


In addition to this, Studio De Alexandris provides its services to foreign Multinational Groups, offering its continuative fiscal, legal and administrative advice towards their Italian branches or subsidiaries.
